IIMNAT — The Entrance Test Explained
IIMNAT (IIM Nagpur Aptitude Test) is IIM Nagpur's own entrance test for the Blended MBA programme. Unlike CAT, IIMNAT is specifically designed for working professionals and is conducted by IIM Nagpur. No CAT score is required for the Blended MBA — IIMNAT is the only entrance requirement.

Who Is Most Likely to Be Selected?
IIM Nagpur evaluates candidates holistically — IIMNAT score, academic background, quality and diversity of work experience, and the personal interview (PI). Candidates with 3-8 years of progressive career experience and strong communication skills tend to be the strongest profiles. Industry diversity within the batch is actively sought — IT, BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, consulting candidates all have good representation.
Can I Apply With an Arts or Humanities Background?
Yes — the IIM Nagpur Blended MBA has no stream restriction. Graduates from Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Medicine, and any other discipline are eligible as long as they meet the 50% marks and 3 years experience requirements. The programme values diverse backgrounds — non-engineering and non-commerce graduates bring perspectives the cohort benefits from.
